No Audio or Videotaping of Sessions Allowed. As a part of this privacy and trust, therapist and clients all agree that absolutely NO audiotaping nor videotaping of interactions or sessions is allowed, as this would compromise privacy, privilege and trust. Participating in therapy or coaching constitutes agreement with this policy that has always been outlined in My Welcome Guide. The sole possible and rare exception would be if the therapist were to use a session for audiotape or videotape supervision, in which written informed consent and clear explanation of purpose and parameters will be disclosed in advance and only upon mutual written agreement.

My Welcome Guide. All clients of The Awareness Practice™ LLC receive a comprehensive Welcome Guide that outlines my policies and procedures and that establishes mutual expectations and an atmosphere of informed consent before our official work together begins. This guide is reviewed annually each year and matters of policy are addressed, as needed, over the course of our work together. During our work together, clients may request a copy of the policies and procedures at any time, including the privacy policy.
