When you come to
an unexpected threshold,
the journey begins...

Here at The Awareness Practice™,
enter into a clearing that starts with Awareness and takes Practice.
The Awareness Practice™ is the solo private practice of Ms. C. (Cynthia) Elizabeth Leach, MSW, LCSW, LMFT.
Founded in 2012, The Awareness Practice™ began as an unexpected threshold that can open into a unique landscape, a portal to a destination for refuge from daily stresses with the space to consider ways to better manage these. Enter into a clearing for reflection as you embark on your journey toward transformation. Here in this new terrain, you’ll find psychotherapy, EAP and coaching services for individuals, families, couples and groups.
“The threshold is a place of potential… it is the boundary where the familiar ends and the uncharted begins, requiring only our awareness to step through it into a clearing to create a new experience on a journey into a new terrain.”
~ C. Elizabeth Leach, MSW, LCSW, LMFT

Mission
The mission of my solo private practice, The Awareness Practice™, is to offer a welcoming, comforting space, or holding environment, promoting creative momentum, relational well-being, stress reduction, personal empowerment, and your own discovery of life solutions through customized, integrative approaches. When you cross the threshold into the clearing that can emerge here at The Awareness Practice™, we’ll co-create a launchpad for embarking together in awareness, anchoring a collaborative process that relies on your own commitment, time and practice as you work toward your own self-determined transformational goals.
Getting Started.
To cross the threshold and begin an exploration with The Awareness Practice™ is easy: call 609.610.5011.

When you turn into the 166 Bunn Drive driveway, take the first left into the parking lot directly in front of the lower part of the building and enter the main door there. You’ll see the signage for The Awareness Practice™ on the marquis for Suite 107 as you step inside.
Once inside the building, take the first left, and almost immediately to your left, you’ll see additional signage in front of the waiting room for Suite 107. Please enter there as your first left in this corridor.
Once in the suite’s waiting area, please have a seat and make yourself comfortable. Feel free to text your arrival if you wish, and I’ll be with you shortly.

390 Amwell Road, Bldg 3, Suite 312
Hillsborough, NJ 08844
Amwell Commons is on Amwell Road, right behind the ShopRite Plaza near the Amwell Road and 206 intersection.
When on Amwell Road, it is only a short ‘walking block’ to the intersection with the light that is Amwell Commons. The buildings in this executive complex are arranged in a U shape, and building 3 is the building that is all the way at the end, facing you.
Drive straight back, and then don’t look outside for the 312 door, as you will not find it.
When you are in front of the building, there is a glass door that says, SuiteLife, and that is the building’s waiting area. You’ll see the signage for The Awareness Practice™ on the marquis when you step inside.
Please enter the building’s waiting area, have a seat and make yourself comfortable. Please disregard the call box, as it will not reach me. Feel free to text your arrival if you wish, and I’ll be with you shortly.
